  • boiling water.

Method

  1. Cut apart a string of sausages.
  2. Pierce each sausage several times with a carving fork.
  3. Put in frying-pan, cover with boiling water, and cook fifteen minutes; drain, return to frying-pan, and fry until well browned.
  4. Serve with fried apples.
