By accessing or using Card My Recipe at cardmyrecipe.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Card My Recipe formats recipes into printable 4×6 recipe cards. Some features use artificial intelligence. The Service is offered on free and paid plans.
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
You may sign in using Google. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. Do not share access or use someone else’s account.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, attempt to bypass limits, or engage in fraud.
You retain ownership of content you submit (including recipes, notes, titles, and images) (“Your Content”).
You grant Card My Recipe a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content only as necessary to operate the Service (including generating cards, saving your library, and producing shareable pages you create).
You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that your use of the Service will not infringe others’ rights.
Public links: If you share a card by link, anyone with the URL may access it. Do not share private or copyrighted material publicly unless you have permission.

Free and/or paid plans may include limits on generations, storage, features, and/or rate. Limits are described in-product or on pricing pages. We may adjust limits over time.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds unless required by law.
We may change pricing for renewals with advance notice; changes apply at the next renewal.

The Service uses a session cookie for login state. Third parties may set cookies under their own policies.
Affiliate disclosure: The Print Shop contains Amazon affiliate links. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated formatting can be incorrect. Always verify ingredients and instructions before cooking.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Card My Recipe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. If we plan to shut down the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and an opportunity to export your data, but we do not guarantee ongoing availability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction located in California.
