Strawberry Short Cake II.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour.
- 4 teaspoons baking powder.
- ½ teaspoon salt.
- 1 tablespoon sugar.
- ¼ cup milk.
- 1½ cup butter.
Method
- Mix as Strawberry Short Cake I.
- Toss and roll on floured board.
- Put in round buttered tin, and shape with back of hand to fit pan.
Kitchen Notes
- Washington pie tins are closest to 8-inch round cake pans.
