Bubble Up Pizza Casserole
A weeknight pizza casserole with fluffy biscuit pieces and classic toppings.

refrigerated biscuit dough 1 can (16.3 oz)
pizza sauce 2 cups
shredded mozzarella 2 cups
sliced pepperoni 1/2 cup
sliced black olives 1/2 cup
diced bell pepper 1/2 cup
italian seasoning 1 tsp
Method
1 Heat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2 Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss with the pizza sauce.
3 Spread the biscuit mixture in the dish and scatter with mozzarella, pepperoni, olives, and bell pepper.
4 Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
5 Bake 25–30 minutes until the biscuits are cooked through and the top is bubbly and browned.
