Bubble Up Pizza Casserole
A weeknight pizza casserole with fluffy biscuit pieces and classic toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cups pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
Method
- Heat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss with the pizza sauce.
- Spread the biscuit mixture in the dish and scatter with mozzarella, pepperoni, olives, and bell pepper.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until the biscuits are cooked through and the top is bubbly and browned.
Notes
Let it rest 5 minutes before scooping so it sets up.
