Greek Sheet Pan Salmon and Asparagus
A clean, spring-ready salmon dinner with bright Greek flavors.

salmon fillet 1 1/2 lb
asparagus, trimmed 1 bunch
olive oil 2 tbsp
dried oregano 1 tsp
kosher salt 1 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
lemon, sliced 1
crumbled feta 1/3 cup
chopped dill or parsley 2 tbsp
Method
1 Heat the oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan.
2 Place the salmon in the center and the asparagus around it.
3 Drizzle with olive oil and season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
4 Top with lemon slices.
5 Roast 12–18 minutes until the salmon flakes and the asparagus is tender.
6 Finish with feta and herbs.

Notes

Thin asparagus will cook faster than thick spears, so watch closely.
