Irish Cream Loaf Cake
A tender loaf cake with Irish cream flavor and scattered chocolate chips.

baking powder 1 tsp
kosher salt 1/2 tsp
butter, softened 1/2 cup
granulated sugar 3/4 cup
eggs 2
irish cream liqueur 1/2 cup
milk 1/4 cup
vanilla extract 1 tsp
mini chocolate chips 3/4 cup
Method
1 Heat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
2 Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3 Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in the eggs one at a time.
4 Mix the Irish cream, milk, and vanilla together.
5 Alternate adding the dry ingredients and Irish cream mixture to the batter. Fold in the chocolate chips.
6 Bake 50–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.

Method
