Salmon Rice Bowl

salmon fillet 12 oz
soy sauce 1 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tsp
honey 1 tsp
cucumber, sliced 1/2
avocado, sliced 1/2
Spicy mayo (optional) to taste
Sesame seeds and scallions to taste
Method
1 BAKEBake salmon at 400°F for 10–12 minutes until flaky.
2 MIXMix soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey; drizzle over salmon.
3 ASSEMBLEAssemble bowls with rice, salmon, cucumber, and avocado.
4 TOPTop with spicy mayo, sesame seeds, and scallions.
