Breakfast Casserole
Casseroles are great for meal prep—cool, then refrigerate for up to 4 days.
Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- to taste Black pepper
Method
- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 pan.
- Brown sausage with onion; drain excess fat.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer hash browns, sausage, and cheese; pour egg mixture over.
- Bake 35–45 minutes until set.
