frozen hash browns 2 cups
shredded cheese 2 cups
salt 1 tsp
Black pepper to taste
Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 pan.
2 BROWNBrown sausage with onion; drain excess fat.
3 WHISKWhisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
4 LAYERLayer hash browns, sausage, and cheese; pour egg mixture over.
5 BAKEBake 35–45 minutes until set.
