Burrito Bowl
Bowls are great for meal prep—store sauce separately for best texture.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn (optional)
- 2 cups cooked chicken or beef (optional)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- to taste Lime and cilantro
Method
- Warm rice, beans, corn, and protein if using.
- Assemble bowls with rice, beans, and toppings.
