Method
1 PREHEATPreheat waffle iron.
2 WHISKWhisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3 WHISKWhisk eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla; stir into dry until just combined.
4 COOKCook in waffle iron until crisp and golden. Serve immediately.
5 USEUse buttermilk for tangier waffles.
