fresh mozzarella, sliced 8 oz
Fresh basil leaves to taste
olive oil 2 tbsp
Balsamic glaze (optional) to taste
salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper to taste
Method
1 LAYERLayer tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil on a platter.
2 DRIZZLEDrizzle olive oil (and balsamic if using).
3 SEASONSeason with salt and pepper and serve.
