salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper to taste
Fresh dill or parsley to taste
Method
1 STIRStir cottage cheese, mayo (if using), Dijon, lemon, salt, and pepper.
2 FOLDFold in chicken, celery, onion, and herbs.
3 CHILLChill 15 minutes; serve in sandwiches or on greens.
