Sauce
Chimichurri Sauce
Excellent with grilled steak, chicken, shrimp, and roasted potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup packed fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano (or 2 tsp dried)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- to taste Black pepper to taste
Method
- Stir parsley, oregano, garlic, and pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Add vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Let sit 10 minutes to meld flavors.
- Use immediately or refrigerate up to 5 days.
