packed fresh parsley, finely chopped 1 cup
fresh oregano (or 2 tsp dried) 2 tbsp
garlic, minced 3 cloves
red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp
red wine vinegar 2 tbsp
olive oil 1/2 cup
salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper to taste to taste
Method
1 STIRStir parsley, oregano, garlic, and pepper flakes in a bowl.
2 ADDAdd vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper; mix well.
3 LETLet sit 10 minutes to meld flavors.
4 USEUse immediately or refrigerate up to 5 days.
