banana 1
milk 1 cup
scoop protein powder (optional) 1
cocoa powder (optional) 1 tbsp
Ice (optional) to taste
Method
1 ADDAdd everything to a blender.
2 BLENDBlend until smooth, adding more liquid as needed.
3 TASTETaste and adjust sweetness; serve immediately.
