neutral oil 2 tbsp
garlic, thinly sliced 3 cloves
soy sauce 1 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
scallions, sliced 2
Sesame seeds (optional) to taste
Method
1 HEATHeat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
2 SAUTÉSauté garlic 10–15 seconds until fragrant.
3 ADDAdd bean sprouts and stir-fry 2–3 minutes until hot but still crisp.
4 ADDAdd soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt; toss 30 seconds.
5 TOPTop with scallions and sesame seeds.
