Greek Salad
Taste and adjust salt/acid right before serving.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cucumber
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 4 oz feta, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- to taste Black pepper
Method
- Combine vegetables, olives, and feta in a bowl.
- Whisk olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Toss with dressing and serve.
