Kalamata olives 1/2 cup
feta, cubed 4 oz
olive oil 2 tbsp
red wine vinegar 1 tbsp
dried oregano 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper to taste
Method
1 COMBINECombine vegetables, olives, and feta in a bowl.
2 WHISKWhisk olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3 TOSSToss with dressing and serve.
