Omelet (Cheese)
A delicious omelet (cheese) recipe
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk (optional)
- Pinch salt
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese
- to taste Pepper
Method
- Whisk eggs with milk and salt.
- Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low.
- Pour in eggs; gently push curds toward center while tilting pan.
- Add cheese, fold, and cook 1 minute; season and serve.
