Peanut Butter Oatmeal
Use milk for a richer bowl; water makes it lighter.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water or milk
- Pinch salt
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1–2 tbsp sweetener (optional)
Method
- Bring liquid and salt to a simmer.
- Stir in oats; cook 5–8 minutes, stirring, until creamy.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
- Stir peanut butter into hot oatmeal until melted.
