baking powder 2 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp

milk (or buttermilk) 1 cup
melted butter (or oil) 1/2 cup
vanilla 1 tsp
scoop protein powder (optional) 1
milk (extra, as needed) 2 tbsp
Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 375°F. Line a muffin tin.
2 WHISKWhisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3 WHISKWhisk eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until combined.
4 FOLDFold in mix-ins.
5 DIVIDEDivide into 12 cups; bake 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
6 STIRStir protein powder in last; thin batter if needed.
