Teriyaki Salmon Rice Bowl
A delicious teriyaki salmon rice bowl recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 12 oz salmon
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- to taste Sesame seeds and scallions
Method
- Bake salmon at 400°F for 10–12 minutes until flaky.
- Brush with teriyaki sauce for the last 3 minutes; drizzle sesame oil.
- Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, cucumber, and avocado.
- Top with sesame seeds and scallions.
