Method
1 BAKEBake salmon at 400°F for 10–12 minutes until flaky.
2 BRUSHBrush with teriyaki sauce for the last 3 minutes; drizzle sesame oil.
3 ASSEMBLEAssemble bowls with rice, salmon, cucumber, and avocado.
4 TOPTop with sesame seeds and scallions.
