Tuna Salad
Seafood cooks fast—aim for just-done for best texture.
Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp Dijon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 tbsp diced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- to taste Black pepper
- to taste Pickles (optional)
Method
- Mix mayo, Dijon, lemon, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in tuna, celery, onion (and pickles).
- Chill 10 minutes; serve in sandwiches or wraps.
