tuna, drained 2 cans
mayo 1/3 cup
Dijon 1 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
diced celery 1/4 cup
diced onion 2 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper to taste
Pickles (optional) to taste
Method
1 MIXMix mayo, Dijon, lemon, salt, and pepper.
2 FOLDFold in tuna, celery, onion (and pickles).
3 CHILLChill 10 minutes; serve in sandwiches or wraps.
