Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps
Taste and adjust salt/acid right before serving.
Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp Dijon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 tbsp diced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- to taste Black pepper
- to taste Romaine or butter lettuce leaves
Method
- Mix tuna, mayo, Dijon, lemon, celery, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon into lettuce leaves.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes first.
