Veggie Omelet
A delicious veggie omelet recipe
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Pinch salt
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp onion
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
Method
- Sauté veggies in butter 3–4 minutes; remove to a plate.
- Whisk eggs with salt; add to skillet.
- When mostly set, add veggies and cheese; fold and finish cooking 1 minute.
