cold butter, cubed 6 tbsp
buttermilk 3/4 cup
Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 425°F.
2 WHISKWhisk dry ingredients; cut in butter until pea-sized.
3 STIRStir in buttermilk just until dough forms.
4 PATPat to 1-inch thick; cut biscuits.
5 BAKEBake 12–15 minutes until tall and golden.
