Marry Me Chicken

Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts 4
Salt and black pepper to taste to taste
olive oil 2 tbsp
garlic, minced 4 cloves
chicken broth 1 cup
heavy cream 1 cup
sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 1/2 cup
grated parmesan 1/2 cup
red pepper flakes 1 tsp
dried oregano 1 tsp
dried thyme 1 tsp
Fresh basil for garnish to taste
Method
1 SEASONSeason chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
2 HEATHeat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
3 INIn the same pan, sauté garlic 1 minute until fragrant.
4 ADDAdd chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits.
5 STIRStir in heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan, red pepper flakes, oregano, and thyme. Simmer 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
6 RETURNReturn chicken to pan. Simmer 10-12 minutes until cooked through and sauce has thickened.
7 GARNISHGarnish with fresh basil and serve over pasta or with crusty bread.
