salt 1/2 tsp
rolled oats 3 cups
raisins 1 cup
dried cranberries 1 cup
orange zest 1 tbsp
Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
2 CREAMCream butter and sugars until fluffy; beat in eggs and vanilla.
3 MIXMix in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
4 FOLDFold in cranberries and zest.
5 STIRStir in oats and raisins.
6 SCOOPScoop and bake 10–12 minutes; cool 5 minutes on the sheet.

  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp orange zest

Method

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy; beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Fold in cranberries and zest.
  5. Stir in oats and raisins.
  6. Scoop and bake 10–12 minutes; cool 5 minutes on the sheet.
