Slow Cooker Lemon Herb Chicken
Use thighs for the juiciest slow-cooker chicken, but breasts work too.

chicken thighs 1.5 lb
salt 1 tsp
oregano 1 tsp
garlic powder 1 tsp
Juice of 2 lemons to taste
broth 1/4 cup
Olive oil to taste
Method
1 ADDAdd chicken, salt, oregano, garlic powder, lemon juice, broth, and 1 tbsp olive oil to slow cooker.
2 COOKCook on low 5–6 hours.
3 SERVEServe with the lemony pan juices and roasted potatoes or rice.
