Method
- Cook noodles; drain.
- Stir-fry veggies (and protein if using) in oil until tender.
- Simmer sauce; thicken with slurry.
- Toss noodles with veggies and sauce; top with sesame seeds.
Notes
For rice dishes, rinse rice for fluffier texture unless making risotto.
