diced bell pepper 1/4 cup
sliced mushrooms 1/4 cup
onion 2 tbsp
shredded cheese 1/4 cup
Method
1 SAUTÉSauté veggies in butter 3–4 minutes; remove to a plate.
2 WHISKWhisk eggs with salt; add to skillet.
3 WHENWhen mostly set, add veggies and cheese; fold and finish cooking 1 minute.
