chili powder 1 tsp
Juice of 1 lime to taste

Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan for easy cleanup.
2 TOSSToss with oil, salt, chili powder, and cumin.
3 SPREADSpread corn on the pan in a single layer.
4 ROASTRoast for 14–20 minutes, tossing once, until browned and tender.
5 ROASTRoast at 425°F until browned; finish with lime juice.
