Garlic Parmesan Orzo
A delicious garlic parmesan orzo recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups orzo
- 3 cups broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- to taste Parsley
Method
- Sauté garlic in butter/oil 30 seconds.
- Stir in orzo; toast 1 minute.
- Add broth and salt; simmer 10–12 minutes until tender, stirring.
- Stir in Parmesan and parsley; serve.
