Garlic Parmesan Roasted Green Beans
Roasting at high heat caramelizes edges for better flavor.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
Method
- Heat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan for easy cleanup.
- Toss with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread green beans on the pan in a single layer.
- Roast for 16–22 minutes, tossing once, until browned and tender.
- Roast at 425°F until browned; toss with Parmesan right after roasting.
