Honey Balsamic Roasted Potatoes
Roasting at high heat caramelizes edges for better flavor.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Method
- Heat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan for easy cleanup.
- Toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on the pan in a single layer.
- Roast for 35–41 minutes, tossing once, until browned and tender.
- Roast at 425°F until browned; drizzle honey and balsamic, toss, and roast 3 minutes more.
