Hot Honey Roasted Butternut Squash
Roasting at high heat caramelizes edges for better flavor.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb butternut squash, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- to taste Hot honey, for drizzling
Method
- Heat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan for easy cleanup.
- Toss with oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Spread butternut squash on the pan in a single layer.
- Roast for 30–36 minutes, tossing once, until browned and tender.
- Roast at 425°F until browned; drizzle with hot honey and toss to coat.
