lemon zest 1 tsp

Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan for easy cleanup.
2 TOSSToss with oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon zest.
3 SPREADSpread green beans on the pan in a single layer.
4 ROASTRoast for 16–22 minutes, tossing once, until browned and tender.
5 ROASTRoast at 425°F until browned; finish with lemon juice.
