Salsa Verde (Roasted Tomatillo)

Ingredients

• 1 lb tomatillos, husked
• 1 jalapeño
• 1/2 onion, quartered
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
• to taste Cilantro
• to taste Lime juice

Method

1. Heat oven to 425°F.
2. Roast tomatillos, jalapeño, onion, and garlic 15–20 minutes.
3. Blend with salt, cilantro, and lime to taste.
4. Cool and serve.
