Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 400°F. Place a cast-iron skillet in the oven to preheat.
2 WHISKWhisk cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3 WHISKWhisk milk, eggs, and melted butter; stir into dry ingredients.
4 CAREFULLYCarefully remove skillet; add 1 tbsp butter to coat.
5 DRIZZLEDrizzle hot honey over warm cornbread.
6 POURPour batter into hot skillet; bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
