Method
1 SAUTÉSauté rice in oil until lightly golden, 3–4 minutes.
2 ADDAdd onion and garlic; cook 2 minutes.
3 ADDAdd tomato sauce, broth, salt, and cumin; cover and simmer 18 minutes.
4 RESTRest 5 minutes; fluff.
