parsley 2 tbsp
1 Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; save a cup of water.
2 Warm garlic gently in olive oil until fragrant, not browned.
3 Toss pasta with the garlic oil and a splash of pasta water.
4 Add parmesan slowly, stirring until the sauce turns glossy.
5 Finish with lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
6 Serve right away with a little more parmesan at the table.
