Carrot Cake (Easy)
Cool cakes fully before frosting to prevent melting.

sugar 1 1/2 cups
baking powder 2 tsp
baking soda 1 tsp
cinnamon 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
eggs 3
oil 1 cup
vanilla 2 tsp
grated carrots 3 cups
chopped walnuts (optional) 1/2 cup
Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 350°F. Grease two 8-inch pans or one 9x13 pan.
2 WHISKWhisk dry ingredients.
3 WHISKWhisk eggs, oil, and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients.
4 FOLDFold in carrots (and walnuts).
5 BAKEBake 30–35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
