Cherry Crisp
A delicious cherry crisp recipe
Ingredients
- 5 cups cherries (fresh or frozen, pitted)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- to taste Topping: 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp butter
Method
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Toss cherries with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon; spread in dish.
- Cut butter into topping ingredients; sprinkle over cherries.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until bubbly.
