Chocolate Chip Cookies (Peanut Butter Chips)
Chilling the dough 30 minutes makes thicker cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup (200g) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups (345g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 cups (340g) chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter chips
Method
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt just until combined.
- Fold in peanut butter chips.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop 2-tbsp mounds and bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set. Cool 5 minutes on the sheet.
