tahini 1/4 cup
lemon juice 2 tbsp
garlic 1 clove
salt 1/2 tsp
olive oil 2 tbsp
water 2–4 tbsp
Paprika (optional) to taste
everything bagel seasoning 1 tbsp
Method
1 BLENDBlend chickpeas, tahini, lemon, garlic, and salt until mostly smooth.
2 STREAMStream in olive oil and enough water to reach a creamy texture.
3 SERVEServe with a drizzle of olive oil and paprika.
4 SPRINKLESprinkle seasoning on top and stir a little into the hummus.
