Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
2 CREAMCream butter, peanut butter, and sugars.
3 BEATBeat in egg and vanilla.
4 MIXMix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
5 SCOOPScoop balls; press with a fork to make a crosshatch.
6 BAKEBake 10–11 minutes; cool 5 minutes on the sheet.

Method
