Pumpkin Pie (Easy)
Serve warm crisps with vanilla ice cream if you like.
Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 can / (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 can / (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method
- Heat oven to 425°F. Place crust in a pie plate.
- Whisk pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs, spice, and salt.
- Pour into crust; bake 15 minutes, then reduce to 350°F and bake 35–40 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before slicing.
