Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp
A delicious strawberry rhubarb crisp recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
- 3 cups rhubarb, sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- to taste Topping: 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp butter
Method
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Toss fruit with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon; spread in dish.
- Cut butter into topping ingredients; sprinkle over fruit.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until bubbly.
