Reduce flour by 1/3 cup to taste
Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
2 CREAMCream butter and sugar until fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla.
3 MIXMix in flour, baking powder, and salt until dough forms.
4 WHISKWhisk cocoa into dry ingredients; reduce flour accordingly.
5 SCOOPScoop 1.5-tbsp balls; flatten slightly.
6 BAKEBake 9–11 minutes until edges are set. Cool on the sheet.
