Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Bites
Don't overcrowd the basket—cook in batches for best browning.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
Method
- Toss chicken with oil, salt, pepper, and seasonings.
- Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until browned and 165°F inside.
- Rest 2 minutes and serve.
- Toss in buffalo sauce and serve with ranch.
