Baked Enchiladas (Bean & Cheese)

cumin 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
enchilada sauce 2 cups
tortillas 8
shredded cheese 2 cups
diced onion 1/2 cup
Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 375°F.
2 MASHMash beans slightly with cumin and salt.
3 FILLFill tortillas with beans and cheese; roll into dish with a layer of sauce.
4 TOPTop with sauce and cheese; bake 20–25 minutes.
