Baked Enchiladas (Chicken)

cooked shredded chicken 2 cups
enchilada sauce 2 cups
tortillas 8
shredded cheese 2 cups
diced onion 1/2 cup
Cilantro (optional) to taste
Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 375°F.
2 SPREADSpread a thin layer of sauce in a baking dish.
3 FILLFill tortillas with chicken and some cheese; roll and place seam-side down.
4 TOPTop with remaining sauce and cheese; bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
5 TOPTop with onion and cilantro.
